Arnie at his best
ScottParky from from Windsor, 28th March, 2008
One of Arnie's best action films. The plot is easy to follow and there's loads of action. If you haven't seen this film yet and you're a big Arnie fan, you must watch this!

let off steam

Yes the transfer is not as polished as it should be on Blu but yet again, reliving those classic Arnie films that you love brings it all back. Its films like this that got me hooked on films of all types, over the top action and explosions, crap but classic one-liners and Arnie at his beef cake best ( apart from Predator and along side The Running Man), whats not to like?
Not bad
blackaj69 from , 17th December, 2009
If you are watching this chances are you ashve already seen this and are interested in seeing this on blue ray. Ther transfer is not bad in places but like Predator the transfer is not the best which is disappointing. The sound quality is good so if you have a surround sound set up it will sound good. One worth watching if you are a Arnie fan but i wouldn't be to much in a hurry to watch.
Brilliant

Rubber men being blown up, cherry blood and cheese the whole way through! Exactly as I remember it from the 80's. I dont know how Arnie didnt get an Oscar for this! Brilliant funny cheesy film!
Lazy Transfer
A Customer from Tunbridge Wells, 24th March, 2009
Great film, pity that the movie company have been lazy and just transfered the DVD version onto a Blu-ray disc. This is not a good blu-ray film, do not bother renting it or buying it if you have seen the DVD version, you do not get the HD experience (not even Dolby Digital). I watched it for 15mins, not a decent picture or sound, gave up and sent it back. Come on movie companies, you need to digitally re-master the films before putting them onto Blu-ray.

Plenty of corny lines, dodgy sound in places (exposed by HD to an extent) plus continuity errors but this film has an addictive quality with lots of macho action and fight sequences. I can't believe that this film is almost 25yrs old. In some respects it has dated very little. Blu-Ray gives this film a new lease of life in terms of the picture.
